Mothers Against Drunk Driving
Heather was 21 years old, and just weeks away from graduating from WVU School of Nursing. She was the passenger in a drunk driving crash in March 2008. Our efforts with MADD are ongoing and we envision the day when there are “No More Victims” of drunk and drugged driving.
